@@aeiouvowels7305 I live in Houston so I know about black boots in the heat. They are fine in the summer so long as you're not in the sunlight for a long time. I went to an amusement park with black combat boots as a teen. My feet were so hot standing in those long lines. There were several other young people there in boots too as they were popular then. Those same boots in my air conditioned school had my feet cold.

The fact that you stitched this instead of just using hot glue shows true dedication

As an ultralight trekker I love crocs. I did a month in NZ with them as my only footwear. No blisters, no socks, super light, and no need to worry about rain or water crossings or fungus. If they had boots I buy them in a heartbeat since the downside is they're not good for rocks or steep inclines.

A method that I've used to color various plastics over the years is to use Rit fabric dye, it usually works very well and it's permanent. I believe that you can apply it directly, but I've always diluted it in boiling water in a large pot and boiled it with whatever items for 30-40 minutes. For some vinyls you might need to add some vinegar to make it more effective.

I got a feeling that the word Crocmarten is the spell to summon demon.

Quarentine has been tough on us all. You got me with the thumbnail, I did a double take.

The comfort of crocks is absolutely his strongest feature. If you have use customer orthotics and many others type of orthotics since 7 years old. You get in love with crocks in the first use. It was the first shoes in more than 30 years that i can used all day without pain and without orthotics

Plenty of options available, just search for curved leather knife, it's usually working with changeable blades.

I have the exact model he has, it came with a curved blade and a straight one. The replacement blades are way over priced the blade material doesn't keep an edge long enough to finish a single leathercrafting project I've done yet and it's incredibly difficult to strop.

Wish you could show this to Weston from 10 years ago. Would probably run out of breath laughing.
