Lol okay, to let everyone know, Arby's beef is actually beef. It's ground and bound together to make a more uniform slice. It's not terrible, but will never be as good as a full and crock potted beef roast.

When I was a kid Arby's had real cuts of meat that they would keep under a heat lamp where customers could see them, and also had one over the slicer to keep the roast hot when making piles of sandwiches. I think Arby's is why I still love onion buns.
