There is a guy in Florida who took it upon himself to start modifying headlight/tail lights for the platform. A lot of people in the community still ask for his parts but he hasn't moved on. Check his site out @ 3slights.com. Very nice guy and can show you upgraded he has dome to improve lighting. ..that is if you are interested. No one else does light work like this.

all the 3000 GT's are becoming rare now... love this car...

I believe the spread is supposed be no more than 14 psi. The motor is supposed to be warm (coolant temp of 150-170 Fahrenheit) and as you’re cranking it should be wide-open throttle. If compression is bad put in a tablespoon of oil through the spark plug hole and retest. If compression rises then it’s a bad cylinder wall surface or piston ring. If it does not rise then it’s a burnt valve or valve seat.

I would strongly suggest doing the timing on the VR4, these engines are an interference engine and can have serious engine failure if the timing belt snaps Also, the ECM is prone to failure on these, the resistors are known for leaking and shorting out the boards

I got to see a sneak peak of the new Turbos going into the VR4. You guys are really going to be putting down some power! Don't forget to get the upgraded wastegates for those Turbos.

I like those halos, I look forward to seeing what's to come for the vr4! Great job guy's.

I also used butyl seal like that on my headlights. Easy to open whenever, they don't fog up or have any issues

What size ring did you use for the halos?"90 fits over the projector but 80 won't fit in the housing where these are mounted' so I am guessing 70mm? Thank you

I have a 92 3000gt non turbo in a Stealth, I recently had the engine rebuilt about 2 years ago, and ever since it seems to burn oil ! I did a full comprssion check and all the cylinders show 185 which are at spec? Any ideas Ty

I dated a lady that had a 3000 GT VR4. That car was AWESOME.

If you want to make sure that engines going to last make sure you replace the timing belt tensioner they have been known to fail it happened to me with my Dodge Stealth drove a valve through the number 5 piston never rebuild an engine before in my life learned on that one the six g72 and your best to pick up a Gates blue racing timing belt I would suggest buying the more expensive hydraulic tensioner and test it before you put it in to make sure it has the proper tension some of the knock-offs fail also. That is the one sure way to make sure that that engine hangs in there

you should build an eclipse with an evo motor in it that will be an awesome build

Might as well pull that engine now. It will pretty difficult to get between that engine and firewall for that rear turbo work.

sweet love VR-4 content love the look of those head lights and the compression is pretty solid for a high mileage engine 160 to 180 is normally where its at new so a lost of so little makes a guy happy.seen the turbos for it have to say they are dam solid built turbos.

Nakazul lol do you know how many euro cars I’ve seen that have ALL of the wires inside the lights Black. No color is always anything, you have to actually trace them down, or at least check continuity, I don’t care where you live in the world 😉

i normally remove all the plugs, open the throttle wide open, squirt a little bit of oil in the cylinder and just crank until the needle stops on each. it would be nice to have a warm engine, but not nice to burn your d!ck skinners on a warm engine.😕 great video guys
