Sir/Madam Could you please tell me If I’ve mentioned about a relevant information about a specific subject in a sentence, is it possible to use ‘he asked from you’ as an informal in the very next sentence as a continuous to the mentioned subject

Hi Sonia. No, it does not equal 'could'. In this situation, it is a modal verb used to make a suggestion. It's more similar to 'should'. Hope this helps you!
