Crazy to think Vaughn lives right down the road from me. See him in his silver Ford truck all the Time and ran into him at a small Indian restaurant. He’s a great,humble guy that purely loves what he does!! Thanks Vaughn for all you do for the drift community

wow i never realized you did an actual proper lap all in one go. two of them! i just remember seeing the cinematic video and hearing that it was filmed a couple corners at a time and thinking "well ok, thats not really legit". i now have way more respect for this feat of talent.

Go watch "Fredriks DRIFT", Sörlie drifting a Cressida around the ring, also in one go, and he doesn't have producers and 500 crew members with him ;)

@@HoodOnFire well the nordschleife isn't exactly a hard circuit to drift, maybe hard to drive at very high speeds but really not hard to drift (if you've got at least a little bit of experience drifting obviously)

Celebrating Independence Day in Germany using fireworks borrowed from an Englishman...what a savage. MURICA!! haha. always been a fan. since way back when you first debuted back in 2004ish and then espeically when you took your 2010 mustang to Japan. that was awesome. got to meet the Drift King. love it man. thanks for representing for us pony guys~

Awesome work mate. Ive just done the first Aussie mountain Drifting video so I can relate on a smaller scale as to how much is means. Pumped for you mate! This was an awesome BTS vid.

Frickin love that director Andy, seems like a good dude who brings very good energy to the team and love how he had microphones or whatever it was on the sides like it was guns in something like NCIS, that's commitment right there! that's Hollywood!

"Torino Connect" and "put on the rain pads" have gotta be my favorite quips from this video. Great driving, Vaughn! To drive that sideways on the 'Ring with only a gear oil drain for a casualty seems really impressive. So when's he gonna drag another D1 drifter out to do some tandem work? :D

There was an old video of a German dude in a big Mercedes that drifted a full lap of the Ring on a single set of tires. He hooked up a large water tank that sprayed water on the rear tires to keep the temps down and make the rubber last. It wasn't super big angle and low/no smoke but he did drift the whole ring without stopping in one go. I always wanted to hook up water sprayers on the rear tires for practice/fun days but never got around to it.

You gotta love some Larry! And he will get some awesome shots for the scrap book!

Thats awsome he uses forza for reference and practice. Ive been playing forza since it came out and most of those tracks i know very well turn for turn including Nurburgring. I have never raced at one of these tracks hopefully playing forza will help..

At the end of the day there will be everyweek some ordinary kid in his E36 casually drifting the whole track with more speed and panache and not even thinking about it.

I actually met Vaughn at the American Muscle show at Maple Grove raceway in 2014. Really cool guy and he was nice enough to sign the dashboard on my 2010 Mustang GT pictured

Nice. You guys have such nice teamspirit if thats the right word. I was surprised how long your tires lasted. Are they actually made for drifting or just the ones you guys picked from a regular sortiment. I am just budget drifting a 2013 GT for fun and since my favorit tire isnt available anymore i am looking for a new one that can also show good performance in the wet. Since where i drift you barely can drift in dry condition due to loud noise the tires would make. My current replacement tyre has good grip but loses some grip at a angle where i get into my max angle of my steering so not really nice. I Always enjoy your videos.

Next challenge Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps followed by the Hockenheimring and then Silverstone UK that will keep you and the chasers busy and if you could pull some serious challenge to Liberty Media you may get Monaco. Fantastic bit of driving and some serious filming too.

By Nürburgring Standards, drifting on purpose is forbidden on the Nordschleife. Vaughn Gittin Jr. : "Hold my Monster", becomes the first person *ever* to be allowed to do this around the entire Green Hell.
