The Blacksmith should be Ireland's Ambassador to the world. His friendly manner and down to earth personality are to be respected. Thanks for doing this video, Cilsaire.

Tom is legendary for being a gentleman. I've never met him personally but I know plenty of people who know him and I've heard a lot of great stories. I always get told that you can't walk away from a conversation with Tom without feeling positive.
"This hammer's heavy!" THOR: You are not worthy.
Fascinating!!! Tom is very knowledgeable! He works with such ease. It's great to be outdoors! A beautiful cozy cottage that you stayed in last year!!! Thanks for the video!
What a charmer! ❤🔥❤️
Such a fun, quick video. We have a Renaissance Festival here in Michigan and there is a glass blower and there is also a blacksmith who both come every year and I always sit and watch because I find those types of artistry/craft making both fascinating and compelling. Thanks for sharing this awesome human and his amazing metal works with all of us! Sláinte! ~Be Blessed
My goodness, you are a treasure Clare! Thanks for the day brightener
Clisare the Steel Queen . 🔨🔥
Tom seems like such a kind soul!
2:25 Smart man, he would be a hit in the states with that attitude, especially at Renaissance faires.
Love metal work. Growing up raising horses was around a lot of blacksmiths, in the oil field a lot of welding and fabricating. I was 9 or 10 the first time I welded and did a lot all through high school. Whenever coming across a ye olde fashion metal artist, I just want to watch and join right in.
Thank you, Claire! My father's a blacksmith so it's always fun to watch things like that.
Awk, Tom the Blacksmith! Aye he's a nice lad, met him the past couple of times at the Boyne Valley Viking festival. That's a nice forge!
Looked like a lot of fun!
This fellow was wonderful. I will have to put a post it in my brain to pay the man a visit. Cheers
Well done, Clisare, I can't wait for the festivals to go with you, Thank you
Claire whatever you’re doing with your eyebrows and makeup looks class on you, keep it up.

Thank you so much!
Good times
Clare, I love seeing new content from you but this might be my favorite! Is there any chance of a longer video coming out? I'd love to see more of him as well as you learning about smithing! Hope you, Alex, and Millie are doing well! Cheers from Kansas City!
Nothing like visiting a true smithie...don't have the facilities for it any more but have forged a few thing in my time knives, tomahawk heads, steel strikers for use with flint and steel. Now you do know little lady sandals and shorts are perfect wear for around the forge. LOL Well done on your pendant and good job entertaining Boyne Valley Blacksmith. As always best to all and scritches for Miss Millie.
Love your videos. So many things to put on the itinerary the next time I am in Ireland.
One thing i really like about these? I get to learn how completely wrong I've been pronouncing words i have only read. The start of summer "bal-in-tine" says my brain. Like so many times, I am quite wrong. :)
This glimpses into your explorations are great. Only issue I have is they should be longer. :)
Nice to see the Avalanche represented in Ireland.
A very enjoyable presentation. :) Thank you.
I’m Pagan and it’s nice to hear someone talk about our Holidays !
Love you lots ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Your County Cork Cousin ❤️❤️❤️
Hola Lindà. Mi Queen .
That was so interesting. Great metal work! Thank you! ❤
Hello ToM.
Wow, love seeing stuff like this - fair play Clare!!❤
Nice
!Thank you.
Such a cool dude !!!! Awesome video , Clare !! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving 🦃 !!
I would love to come to Ireland. Unfortunately now is probably a good time.
For Clare the journalist a wee bit of Wordsworth: Great God! I’d rather be a Pagan suckled in a creed outworn; So might I, standing on this pleasant lea, have glimpses that would make me less forlorn; Have sight of Proteus rising from the sea; Or hear old Triton blow his wreathèd horn. Hi to Millie!
Oh, Lordy, been an age since I've had a good Barry's XD I'd love to do smithing, but I'm shaky with my hands, so I doubt I could, not sure it'd be safe. Been watching since you interviewed Ace/Ink for the Storytime podcast channel, and I've got to say, it's been a blast. Long may it continue! An update on Ace, she's since finished her podcast (April last year), bit disappointing, would have liked her to keep on going, but she's now running a convention, so I think she's a bit too busy to keep with the interviews. I enjoyed her work, but at the same time, the fandom needed an opportunity to grow, the attention on her KZread channel was always rather small, and the convention is an opportunity for her to take that step forward. Also Cork gets to say they had Ireland's first Furry convention, so that's something to add to the list of things to boast about, hahah!
Nice job 🔨
❤❤❤
Oops, missed this one when it came out. I like smithing, though I've not the muscle to do it.
Nice 👍
If you ever come to Georgia, you're welcome in my forge.
Thanks!

Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
A born again pagan ? There’s nothing wrong with that. I loving these festivals, now that you’ve mentioned what’s coming up in the new year, I can hardly wait. Absolutely brilliant❤.
😊
those rods across the fire pit , to heat pots are a "Hob". If it plugs into the wall, there are more accurate words these days.
What a surprise when you find in the end,,,,,,,,,,,,And try to make excuses why. Sad that's it all in front of us and we ignore it. That's Humanism for ya.
