Kebab is a food that is abundant in Iraq and is prepared from minced meat with fat using grilled skewers and grilled over charcoal. Orada kuzu eti var. Ama videoda dana etinden yaptı.
Bence TÜRK kebapları daha özverili hazırlanıyor, etlerin sinirini bile almadan direk makinaya attılar. Adana, Antep, Urfa gibi bu işin mutfağı diyebileceğimiz şehirlerdeki iyi ustalarımız zırh bıçağında eti çekerek el kıyması hazırlarlar ve öncesinde çok milimetrik etin sinirini ayıklarlar. 2.defa kıyma makinesine atılması ise köfte kıymasına dönüştürüldüğüne delalet diyebilirim.

The kebab is already full of fat and the fat is a Goat or sheep fat which so delicious you don't want to put a manufacture butter in that.

@@user-mb5ey4oq4u إذا حضرتك انتبهت، انه قبل هذه اللقطة الاسطة وضع بصل وطماطة، وهذه المادتين نسبة الماء بيها مرتفعة مع الشحم الكثير يصعب أن يخرج من المكينة، لذلك خرج بهذه الطريقة بعد ان وضع قطعة لحم بالمكينة.
