Iraqi food made of sheep's buns on rice called quzi in Iraqi street food
Modus operandi of Iraqi Qouzi
How to make Iraqi quzi Iraqi cuisine is one of the Arab kitchens rich in various recipes and dishes, and one of the distinguished recipes in Iraqi cuisine is the quzi recipe, which is often prepared on occasions and at Ramadan tables, and is usually prepared using lamb, and we will present to you in this article two ways to prepare the delicious Iraqi quzi. Iraqi Qouzi Ingredients Three cups of cooked Cantari rice. Two cups of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots). Three hundred grams of cooked meat. One and a half teaspoon of Alquzi spices. A quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper. Three tablespoons of soy sauce. A pinch of ground cinnamon. Half a cup of pine nuts. Goulash dough. Vegetable oil. How to prepare Put a little oil in a saucepan, put the peas and fry them until they wither and remove them from the heat. Fry the carrots in the. same oil until wilted, then add them to the peas and set aside. Transfer the pine nuts in a small frying pan until they brown well. Add vegetables, meat, pine nuts, spices, black pepper, cinnamon, soy sauce and stir well. We take a sheet of kulaj dough, brush it with vegetable oil, put it in a small deep bowl, spread another sheet of dough on it and brush it with oil. We must leave the excess outside the plate (it is possible to put two or three layers of dough according to its thickness). We put an amount of rice mixture inside the dough. We gather the edges of the dough over the rice filling to cover it completely. We put the quzi grains on a baking tray after greasing it with oil. We paint the outside of the Qouzi with oil or obesity. Preheat the oven to a temperature of three hundred and fifty degrees Celsius. Bake the Qouzi in the oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, until golden brown. We serve hot quzi with yogurt salad with cucumber and mint. Quick Quzi Squares Ingredients Envelope spring roll dough. A quarter cup of vegetable oil. Half a cup of basmati rice. A third of a cup of chopped green onions. Finely chopped hot green pepper. A teaspoon of crushed garlic. Two tablespoons of olive oil. A teaspoon of Al-Qouzi spices. Half a teaspoon of salt. A pinch of ground black pepper. A quarter teaspoon of hot red pepper. A cup of sorted mixed vegetables. A quarter teaspoon of turmeric. Medium size egg. How to prepare We wash the rice well more than once, then soak it with warm water for five minutes. Put the oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat, add the onions and saute it, then add the garlic and green pepper and sauté until the ingredients are browned. Add the rice to the ingredients and stir using a wooden spoon gently, then add the turmeric, red pepper, salt, black pepper, and Qouzi spices, and stir the spices with the rice. Add the water to the rice and leave it on a low heat. After it boils, add the mixed vegetables and leave it on the fire with the pot closed until the rice is cooked and the water is completely dry. We leave the rice until it cools down so that we can stuff the dough with it. Break the egg into a deep bowl and whisk it with a fork. Spread a sheet of spring roll dough on a flat surface and brush it with oil. Place a tablespoon and a half of the rice filling in the center of the spring roll dough, then close the dough over the rice to form a square. Place the quzi squares on the baking tray so that the edges of the dough are down so that they do not open during grilling. We paint the face of the dough with more vegetable oil until it blushes well. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius, and bake the Quzi squares for a quarter of an hour, until they are golden in color. We serve quzi with ayran milk.

Грязновато. Посуда плохо вымота, остатки жира видны.
والله ياهو اللي يجي گام يسوي روحه طباخ ويطبخ. القوزي والتمن والشعرية كله تلزيگ وغلط.
