Making Ina Garten's Chocolate Cake with an Ankarsrum standmixer (balloon whisk) (Australia)

I haven't found any Australian users showing their experiences with the amazing @AnkarsrumAssistent standmixer from Sweden so I'm going to upload videos of my baking journey with the Ankarsrum. I've wanted to find an alternative to KitchenAid which is a great mixer but which I consider to be the apple of the baking world - and I'm an android user with slightly different requirements :D This is not a recipe video - I'm just trying to show how the mixer works.

I usually prefer a Guinness chocolate cake when making chocolate cake, but Ina Garten's version can be made gluten free. It is usually wet ingredients into dry followed by hot coffee, but I tweaked with it for the Ankarsrum to see how it went if you put dry into wet and then the coffee. It was fine but I'll run another test later where I follow the same method Ina uses.
