You guys need all of the support in what you're aspiring to do. Love from a Mechanical Bandhu ❤️❤️❤️ Also, don't you think that the chain setup could be quite risky? It is so close to the ground, so long with a big opening. Might not recommending someone else sitting at the backseat. I was thinking you could minimise the risk by adding an idler gear which would decrease the opening that the chain is creating in current design. Take it simply as a suggestion based on curiosity, just as it is intended 🙂

I have never ever been so much impressed with a desi video unlike this one..When I started watching, I was like must be another useless "invention" but the more I watched, I got surprised and excited about the level of thought process, engineering, fabrication etc that has gone behind making this marvellous invention..Kudos to you and the team..Maybe for V2.0, over-engineer the heck out of the bike and make it into a real sci-fi looking monster..pulsar was the obvious choice to start with, but let's see you make a big-bike look better than the original..Love and best wishes from Bangalore. 💌💌💌💌

This was bloody Brilliant. I can only imagine the amount of engineering, planning, drawing, Manufacturing and resources this project could have taken. A very good job bro. But i would also like to ask a few things. The first thing that caught my attention was the insane Transmission losses the Bike might have, I saw that you have used 3 drive gears in total and i cant even comprehend the Final Drive Ratio. I also noticed that there are inefficiencies in the Rear Brake, You are directly stopping the Drive shaft rather than the Rotational mass of the wheel. I also noticed that you had to trade the front suspension in order to fit the front wheel, This may cause problems in cornering and stability. All in all these were just my observations and speculation. I don't mean to take away from your hard work on this project, You've done an excellent job, Kudos to you my guy.

That was an impressive innovation brother. Congratulations to your entire team. Not sure but a few observations that can help you in the next version. 1. Increased weight due to those solid metal rims. 2. Tyre profile size. 3. Rear sprocket size 4. Replacing bearings will be tedious job. These will increase fuel consumption and total ownership cost. I am sure your team will come up with solutions in the next project. Best Wishes 🤞

pros - easy Chain lubrication - asthetics - more torque because of the sprocket ratio cons - overall weight of bike will increase - manufacturing cost of the hub - tyre changing - heat due to friction - bearing change - rim bending due to sudden bumps on the speed breaker as no support in middle - gear ratio - petrol consumption - rear brake pads will wear fast countering the torque - speedometer cable - abs installation - bearing exposed to dirt grit can damage the grove lining thereby effing it's life - too much pressure at the contact mechanism. above all thumbs up for the effort 😮😮

Dude, This content is so og considering it is from here (India). With all these bikers, vlogs, and food reviewers and movie reviewers, Indian youtube is basically a collective group that follows a domino…,.looks good until a point and then everything gets saturated. But you are OG…. U have the guts and enthusiasm to experiment. Believe me u will reach some heights that no one has ever seen here. U ve earned my ❤️ and a subscriber.
