@@doankimtuananh9317 she is, but hotpot can be eaten in any culture 😅, also several different type of Asians have there own version of “hotpot”. For instance, shabu shabu is like a hotpot for Japanese people. But nonetheless still hotpot.

I love this! One of my favorite things about Asian cuisine is the aspect of sharing at the table. With all the side dishes and main meals, it forces everyone to share, interact, and have a good time with each other. I love seeing cooking that brings people together.

Oh yes, hotpot is one of oriental dish that we all share together. It's best when snow time. But in my country, we always serve with meatballs and thinly slice pork where you just need to dip into the hotpot for around 10 secs and eat it. Also with different types of mushrooms and cabbage.

Hotpot is not only delicious, it's great fun, and a wonderful group dining experience. I also recommend going to an Ethiopian restaurant and enjoy a group meal . . . so much fun! Enjoy!

My grandpa was in the air force so my mom moved around every couple of years when she was growing up. He was stationed in Taiwan in the 70s, and my mom brought back a bunch of cultural stuff so we grew up (in Kansas) eating hot pot. No one in any of my classes knew what I was talking about until I was in college and had a classmate from China. It's still one of my favorite meals, and I love when my parents call to invite me over for dinner because they're having it 💚
