​​@@littleremyfoodit's something else in a pretty bad way tbh. The kimchi is a rly good idea to give the flavor some more depth, but the cheeses he used didn't melt. If you make it, id recommend shredding the cheese or using different kinds of cheese that melt easily. (This is not from experience making the recipe, but from what I've seen the suggestions I've made would most likely fix the problem) Edit: sry for the essay lol

Yes to the cauliflower. The cheeses were aged cheeses. I don't remember exactly what I used. But things like gruyere and stuff. I'll put the full recipe in the description
