  Honestly this is why i am only friends with people i have know for a long time, even if they slowly go down as more people come and go which i dont care because i will always know the people who stayed and care about me the way i care about them, a really good way to not worry about being anxious and stressed about friendships as you know they aren't going to be "fake friends" or whatever those are

  I've tried it and it's ok if you like eggs but don't expect bread
