This reminds me of my early childhood before going to school during winter. My grandmother made her own fresh pasta just like you did in this short and used to watch her closely because i wanted to learn too. This brought so many fond memories and I realized I stopped making my own fresh pasta since she passed away 3 years ago. I think I'll start making it again I don't want to forget those memories and the feelings they carry. Thank you 🖤🖤🖤

I make pasta the same way without machine at home and I'm fully 100% Indian🙂

I had a Czechoslovakian grandmother. She had a chicken noodle soup that she made from scratch. I think that the only thing that she didn't do herself was kill the chicken. She boiled chicken chunks and bones to make the broth. I remember watching her make the noodles like that. After we had eaten the soup, we had her homemade kolaches.

She gives me warm feelings like an auntie. And the food and the compliments?? 😭❤️

Damn you shouldve said “making pasta is not impastable” Also thank you for this recipe! You gave it in another recipe and i used it to make your cannelloni.. my friends haven’t stopped asking me to make it again!

This is the first video I found and I just fell in love with her sass

My husband has been craving a thick, ribbon pasta. They don't sell anything like that at our local market and the idea of making pasta has always intimidated me. I came across this video and decided to make pappardelle. It really was rather easy. While the dough rested I made chicken cutlets and a lemon creme sauce that was perfection! I think we undercooked the pasta a bit but it was our first time - you live and learn. Can't wait to make pasta again!!

I never seek these videos. They just kinda appear in my feeds, give me some cooking advice, make me feel appreciated, then let me on my merry way, never knowing when it will come up again but always happier when it does.
