These buns are perfection LeAnn! You made this look so easy that I'm certain I can do this. Nothing beats freshly baked buns and I know these will freeze perfectly Hamburgers or chicken salad sandwiches are on the menu almost weekly for us. My heart smiled so big when you pulled those buns out of the oven! Yesssss!

I have a big 6qt Kitchenaid, but I wish I had gotten a Bosch mixer, they are powerhouses. I’m playing catch-up on videos, had a lot to do and it takes me longer than it used too, but I get it done, lol. Beautiful buns, yum yum. You did a fantastic job instructing how to make. Deborah, I’m so excited for you! I would be jumping for joy for a new Bosch! It’s a work horse for sure! My friend who’s grandma sold Bosch tells me you can knead in the Bosch for ten minutes and it will not need a second rise but I haven’t tried it myself! All the Best, LeAnne

TIP: I purchased a shower/bath mat and cut it to size to fit under my cutting board. This stops the board from moving. I'm sure it would work under your Bosch too!

@@MennoniteFarmhouse i had to keep adding four… mine was really sticky…. Of course i don’t have a big mixer but was able to use my regular one with the dough beaters….. it did ok….. i wonder if i could have used my bread machine to mix the dough?

Beautiful recipe - easy too. The end results are the best buns. I made sub sandwich rolls..they are perfect. Definitely a recipe anyone can accomplish, especially since you explain step by step process. Not a new baker here but I even found it helpful...Thanks for your videos.

These are amazing! While I have baked bread for years, I've never been satisfied with any bun recipe. Made a different one a couple weeks ago that was better but still not right. I made yours today and this is the one! The 'peanuts in my gallery ' loved it. Thanks.

Amazing… if I get ahold of enough rhubarb and strawberries I wanna make jam with them… I planted rhubarb last year and hope I get a nice yield from it! Water bath canning is so simple… I have plenty of frozen berries in my freezer now that I have to do something with because we are getting a steer sent to freezer camp! Have a blessed evening!

My son has to be on a low iodine diet for a cancer scan at the end of the month. I made him homemade bread the last time he had the scan because I can make it with non iodine salt. I have to make the loaf bread because he can't have any dairy or eggs in the bread. So it's a blessing when you can make homemade bread from scratch. I really enjoy breadmaking and eating it.

I'm pretty sure 1000 of these view are from me coming back to this recipe. It's so good!
