Hello! Several people have asked about the thread I use to warp the loom. I always use 100% cotton for my warp because it's strong and doesn't stretch. Pearl cotton is my favorite, it's readily available at your local craft store, look for it with the embroidery thread. I use size 8 in hoops 10 inches and smaller. (It comes in different sizes 3,5,8, and 12, the higher the size number, the thinner the thread.) Alice

Thank you for this tutorial. I warped my first two circles, they look nice thankfully but the centre of the warp is so thick I can't really weave anything there haha, not sure if I need a thinner yarn.

I use pearl cotton, size 8. You'll always have a little star in the center of the hoop so it's fun to use different colors. Thanks for asking!

They look such a mess could have been a better piece if it was with just one yarn
