Making Cheung Fun Using Rice Paper

Embarking on my second venture into crafting Cheung Fun, a dish that captured my taste buds and left me craving more. Opting for the ease of rice paper, though the texture isn't a perfect match, this recipe became my go-to, inspired by a video from my cousin Kim on Instagram. The results exceeded expectations, delivering the perfect fix for my shrimp dim sum cravings. A delightful copycat with a personal twist-adjust the sauce measurements to suit your unique style and taste preferences. Cheers to culinary adventures!

Thank you these look great, and I can make them gluten free. I’ve missed this dish when eating out , as they’re often make them with rice and wheat flour. I love your easy method of rolling them, great job, I have liked and subscribed. 👍
