Estas mulheres tém um físico forte para aguentar subir montanha, buscar água longe e cozinhar agachadas, parece que não tém problemas com a coluna.
Aku senang lihat hidup mereka sangat menyatu dengan alam. Sebenarnya banyak nilai positif dari tayangan ini. Tidur dekat dengan tanah itu sangat baik untuk kesehatan, dari pada tidur jauh dari tanah seperti tidur di Apartemen lantai 20 ke atas. Air yang di minum juga sangat segar dan baik di bandingkan minum air di Apartemen yang di paksa naik ke atas melalui pipa dengan panjang hinggah ratusan meter. Sehinggah air mengalami tekanan dan stres.....kemudian langsung kita minum bayangin aja air akan jadi racun di tubuh kita. Bagi temen2 yg tinggal di Aparten lebih baik tampung air dan diamkan semalaman baru di gunakan unt minum ya...klo air di diamkan semalam air akan tenang dan kembali segar. Tidur tidak jauh dari tanah sangat baik untuk kesehatan di bandingkan kita yang tidak pernah bersentuhan langsung dengan tanah. Karena tanah adalah sumber kehidupan. Tubuh kita juga juga berasal dari tanah, Sebab tanah dapat menetralisir tegangan aras listrik di dalam tubuh kita. Jika temen teman yang tinggal selalu di dalam gedung setidaknya 1 kali dalam seminggu jalan lah di tanah tanpa alas kaki. Kalian akan mengalami hal yang baik dan tenang, stres akan hilang karena tanah dapat menetralisir listrik di di dalam tubuh. Intinya kebahagiaan di dapat bukan karena hidup lebih baik dan tempat lebih indah. Tapi kebahagiaan ada dalam diri bukan ada pada tempat di mana kita tinggal. Semoga kita semua sehat dan bahagia.

I totally agree with you here in California our water is full of pesticides from all the growing of crops for the rest of US. Can’t even drink from our faucets. Our mountains are beautiful but can’t enter them. I had riches in life but now I realize simple way of living is better, enjoy the beautiful moments of life is far more pleasurable then material things that you work day and night to have and sadly we lose ourselves in them. Just watching these videos helps me forget the hassles and bustles of this life in American.

Watching my favorite couple the dad talks to hes little boy and he can answer hes doing drawings and the little boy follows its amazing to listen to the Dad teaching the boy stuff in their language and the the boy follows wow!! The mom sees to the girl the dad teaches the son to read he says words in there language and the boy follows hes sooo cute what a lovely couple so humble ❤❤❤❤

Despite the rugged cave dwelling, the living quarters are kept pleasantly clean and tidy. And the ladies wear beautiful clothes, especially the daughter's shiny gold skirt 😍

This is so beautiful. In Tamil Nadu, India, we call it dosai. It looks more like wheat flour dosai. I have never seen it cooked without oil and turned directly over fire. It must be incredibly dry. Chewing it and swallowing with just a tiny blob of butter must be very difficult. It looks more like Injera of Eritrea and Ethiopia, fermented overnight. Very humble and simple family. Thanks for sharing your daily activities with all of us. It's indeed an eye opener. God bless.
