What a wonderful gift. I see comments from time to time that ask why you grow so much and this is why! You are blessed with this successful channel/business and it gives you the ability to buy the land and build these gorgeous and bountiful gardens so you can sustain your family's needs but also GIVE back to your community. Laura I don’t know you personally but I know you’re a good person. I hope that your blessings flood in! I really do. You are so kind and generous in everything you do in life. You invite us all into your life and home while we watch all these beautiful things grow and then you give so much of what you grow away. You just create so much beauty in so many different ways and I am incredibly grateful to be here and I’m incredibly grateful that you and Aaron allow us to be part of these things. Really. Thank you so much for letting us be here! My 15 year old daughter and I just sat here and smiled together the whole time we watched the video (more beauty you helped create). 💜

One of my favorite Yiddish terms is “yahrzeit” - the one year anniversary marking passing of loved one. Jeff’s yahrzeit is marked with joy & one to appreciate! Loved this so much!

I'm the pastor of a small congregation in Nebraska. I love to garden and I plant a cutting garden every year so that the members of our church can give away bouquets to anyone who might need a bright spot in their day. We do that all summer long. Just lost all my dahlias and other cutting flowers to our first killing frost so Blue Hill Blooms is over until next year! Blessings to all who will receive these beautiful arrangements, thanks to Laura and Bethany.

Ugh my heart! My grandma died tragically in 2019 & she was just the sweetest! Your mom reminds me a lot of her, Laura! We found her senior quote in her high school year book, it was “Whisper kindness & it will echo back.” That is exactly how she lived her life & I see a lot of her in your family. This project reminds me of her kindness, just like Jeff’s, and just like yours ❤

I started doing bouquet giveaways last summer. I actually got the idea from you and your mom. I saw your episode about giving bouquets away in front of a local coffee shop and knew I had to do that here in my community. I’ve made a lot of people smile! Thanks!

I had a Jeff in my life as well that also lost his life in a vehicle accident.. he was an amazing man and I still miss him everyday! ❤️❤️ he wasn’t a flower guy but he still made everyone he knew smile!

I LOVE these videos that start out very quietly without talking, with beautiful sunshine, a project you’re doing peacefully…. 😌 Ahhhhhhh. No music. No talking. Just doing your thing for a few minutes. Then you start explaining what the plan is. Idk just feels so homey and relaxing. And I love those days when I have these projects too, I can just focus on like this and peacefully have time to myself as a mom. Even if my son is running around outside playing while I’m planting or getting something done. And you’re also thinking of others and making really beautiful heart warming things that make you feel so fulfilled and have a purpose.
