Salaam, love to see your vologs. To make your life easier buy already fried onions from the desi store. I was totally against them too. But since I started buying them. It made my life so easy. I am a working mother of 2 boys. These fried onions save so much of my time. There are many brands but Shaan fried onions are the best. 2ndly you said you made alot of keema. No worries use as much as you want for that day and rest you freeze them in either freeze bags or containers. When you are not in a mood to cook take the bag out and just add potatoes or peas in it you can also make so many kinds of pasta with that keema too. It just makes your life so easy. I hope this will help you.

Salt and sugar r those grocery items that we need daily and compulsory so when u buy salt and sugar PUT SOME SALT IN 🧂 🧂 SALT SHAKER AS WELL , means two places AND SUGAR ALSO PUT IN 2 or three shakers or sugar pots so when in kitchen u find u don’t have salt so u go to your dining table and use 🧂 salt in shaker NAMAK DAANI AND ALSO SUGAR POT

There is big almunium baking trays available. You can dum your biryani in oven after boiling rice and biryani masala. Won’t need badi patili.

Sanam for biryani you should take a big pot and if you take 2 cup of rice add 2tbs salt in it jitny AP cup lain gi utny hi salt Daly ga plus water AP 3 cup lain matlb jitny cup chawal ly ty hain us sy double Pani dalty Hain like of we take 2 cup of rice we add 4 cup but AP kia karo AP aik cup minus kardo take 3 cup add a little bit vinegar it's my trick try it

Buy brown onion from a desi store And make tomato purée by blending and cooking tomatoes and freezing in ice cube trays It will make life easier You will not have to wait for onion to go brown or tomatoes to cook specially when bhunafying.

After pealing onion add one tbs salt in cold water soak onion into it for 2 min nd then cutt.. also use sharp knife so you can cut easily.
