For those of us who have been in the states our entire life, we know how busy & challenging our day to day can be. We’ve been working from day 1! Explaining this to family members who are fixated on “amreeka!” and coming here is a moot point. They seem to think money grows on trees and life is a breeze….it’s not! We may have a system and structure, but we definitely don’t have the ease that the middle to upper class in Pakistan do.
