Making Bag : Backpack S

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Good days everybody, we made a backpack bag for daily carry. This bag we make hand stitch for the seen part and sewing machine for the flipped seams but you guys can also making it all by hand or machine. More parts to work with but simplified stitch as our goal to make pattern that every one can do.
This video will be longer than other our previous videos but it will help you guys to construct it)

    I use local adhesive glue available in Bangkok THAILAND. "BONDTECH" , "DB" , and "888". But I'm not sure if you can find about same quality as this in the state or not. Because I have many students from USA and tell me they can't fine something like this. So. You might find brand "PATTEX" "DUNLOP" or "PYRM" contact cement in ebay it may close to what I use.

    Is it possible to make shrink the pattern to make a smaller backpack?? Great video and great workmanship!!!

  • @craftsmangus

    @craftsmangus

    4 жыл бұрын

    Yes, you can shrink the size but I'm not sure you plan for how mini it will. Like smaller for casual daily life or small like fashion accessories items. But when scale down you need to consider to some parts and proportion that still need to maintain aspect ratio/human scale due to metal accessories part, zipper or the length of the straps.

    Hi. For this project we use about 2 working days (without video shooting). It's hard to tell if I have to estimate time and result to craftsmen I never work by side. Lets say should be less than 7 days. And the result also depends. But if any artisans or careers whom pass 10,000 hrs of work (in theory) should be good.

    TEXON เป็นโครงกระเป๋าอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งมีความแข็งแรงและบาง นิยมใช้ในการทำกระเป๋า อันนี้ในไทยตัวบางก็จะหายากเพราะ ปรกติจะเป็นโรงงานเขาซื้อตรงกับบริษัท ที่วงเวียนใหญ่เท่าที่เคยเดินไม่เห็น หรือผมอาจจะไม่ได้เข้าบางร้าน ถ้าเห็นใกล้เคียงก็จะเป็นตัวหนาๆ ถ้าดีเทลเล็กน้อยใช้วิธีดัดแปลง เอาผ้ากาวชนิดเรียบมาใช้แทนก็ได้ครับ (Stiff adh cloth) ตัวนี้วงเวียนใหญ่มีครับ

But if you plan to buy online you can check RMLeather supply if you live in the state. In Asia you can look in to Brother leather HongKong or Phoenix Osaka.
