This time, we traveled to Fereydunshahr, a stunning mountainous city in Isfahan, Iran. 🇮🇷
We found a perfect spot by a river, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. The temperature was below zero, and everything was freezing, including our fingers, toes, ingredients, and phone! 🥶
We also had to watch out for hungry wildlife, as a sneaky fox almost stole our food! 🦊
But we didn’t give up, and we managed to make a mouth-watering dish of ash-roasted potatoes with meat and cheese. 🤤
To make this dish, we used these ingredients:
• Potatoes
• Toast
• Meat
• Parsley
• Scallions
• Mozzarella
• Local cheese
• Sheep fat
• Jujube pepper
• Salt
• Lemon
