Thanks for sharing that, Jason. If people don't realize why this feature is so expensive, they should- it effectively doubles the work of building a body.

Really enjoyed seeing this process and what is involved. So much skill and touch. You, and other guitar builders like you, are an artist and a craftsman.

Just found your channel, I've been watching in awe. I had not seen someone do the beveling in this way but the end result is stunning. I can see why it needs to many steps.

Wow. You are a fantastic luthier craftsman. And whatever you charge it’s probably not enough for that bevel!

That was amazing! What a beautiful guitar. That kerfing is great. Is that shop made or is it available to buy somewhere?

what's going to knock the acoustic guitar world out of the park is a good long tummy cut, hale you're doing the arm rest may as well do the belly, same process in the jigg just on the bottom side, use thin teak baffles inside to round out the sound.. gorgeous build

Surely it is beautifully made. It must have added considerable time to the total production of the guitar. But I'm not sure about its functionality though. The armrest in DT is necessary as the top is very sensitive, but not in a normal guitar.

You should reaaally fix the link at the end of your video-that domain is now in the hands of a domain grabber! Or at least pin a comment or put it in the description. Apart from that: amazingly beautiful work! ❤️ PS: I think he might have retired his business…?!

Lovely craftsmanship, but this design would be improved by diminishing the size of the bevel that cuts into the soundboard far too much. Functionally, the only needs to be a bit less than an inch which would provide all the comfort necessary, yet yield more of the critical soundboard intact. And ditch the heavy metal background music! It was so incongruous with the video content--horribly jarring.
