That was a tremendous video. We need more of this rather than short snippets. The music was absolutely KILLER....

Thank you.
Beautiful work! As Daniel pointed out already, I would love to see more videos like this one. After watching it and drooling a bit, I was ready to hand you my wallet!
One of your best videos. That blade is straight 🔥!

Thanks Dirt!
Now that's a fist full of fuck yea!!!! I'll take three!
As a beginning bladesmith, the idea of reusing “mistakes” for one of a kind pieces is just such a creative and fun concept I’ll definitely consider down the line! Aw man, what I’d give to work on stuff even half as cool as you guys. Props to all of yall and keep up the awesome work! ✌️

Very cool. Thank you.
Super like this one.
So cool to see the creativity and craft involved throughout the process. Thanks for the video.
Love it
That is SWEET!
Y'all could do what Palmetto State Armory does and sell your blemished pieces for a discounted price. Also I would mind seeing y'alls version of a viking seax.

Merci mon ami.
Bevel the flesh side of your leather for a better looking wrap. a wide french edged beveler tool would work well. Great content.

Our leather is beveled when we cut the strips. We cut our own strips from a full beef hide.
That is beautiful but you dont show the heat treatment
I need that
Beautiful take my money

Okay.
You know, I think it'll be pretty cool if you guys made a filipino war golok
I've heard good things about the scale material you're using...haven't had the chance to mess with it though...kind of curious how well it would work for straight razor handles...those epoxy tubes fit in a caulking gun btw 🙂

Richlite is awesome...more consistent than wood as it has no grain, and it comes in many colors and layer types. Great for handles. We hope to do more with it. Thanks.
can you please make a Parabellum?
Want it
please if you have a Damaged Zombie Tools Parabellum, I will buy it!!
I read 5160 steel rust extremely easy. How do you guys lower the risk of that in the making process? Any chemicals or coats?
@zombietools
Жыл бұрын
We keep them oiled and we don't touch the blades with our bare fingers. The etching process helps in keeping rust away. Even out blades that have been sitting around for years haven't rusted. But if you get them wet and don't dry and oil them, they will rust. Cheers!

@@zombietools ok thanks for detailed explanation
What is that chemical being splashed on the blade and then splattered with?
@zombietools
Жыл бұрын
Acid...then aluminum.
You should seriously think of doing one offs with all those blems, or just in general, and selling them via auction for charity or something.
