But, knowing how to do these things, even if we wont be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.

Some years ago i was in Bangalore, India. One day a man arrived at a House at the other side of the street. Hé came with a donkey/cart with some hard wood, a handsaw, a hammer, drills and a very primitive planer. He started his work, and at the end of the Day he had made a beautiful door. He did it alle by hand, no electricity. Looking at the video made me think of this Day in India.

@ la verdad que sí Yo he trabajado en la industria de las limousines los últimos 20 años hago todo el interior de todo tipo de autos de lujos, excéntricos, microbuses autobús, SUV etc. Y ahora me dedico a la carpintería y de verdad que amo mi trabajo. Hey, I just ordered a piece of rubber wood (110x200cm 30mm) and want to use it as a door. Can I do this or not? Now the shop says its not good as a door as a door needs a frame. Does the glue not hold it together over time when I use it as a door or what is the problem? I see it is used for kitchen cabinet door for example.

In this door I applied black paint on one side and oil ink: classic walnut on the other one, also linseed oil is a good option if you want to get a natural color!

Hola amigo, en esta puerta sólo estoy utilizando tinta al aceite color nogal, si quieres un acabado brilloso opta por aplicar una capa de fondo o sellador, después lijar con una lija fina, puedes aplicar una segunda capa (opcional) y después aplicar un barniz brilloso con su respectivo catalizador, saludos!

@@antonio19648 Tiene una guitarra ahi, asique supongo que es por eso, mas aislado el sonido, pero siempre se puede optar por comprar las placas de Fenolico, una de 6mm, no se gasta tanto ni la hace tan pesada a la puerta. Ahora no te enojes y le vayas a pegar porque la traspasas, jaja.

This is a bad idea, gluing the board joints. They should be left loose to allow for movement, shrinkage and so on. Glue them and the boards will split at the weakest point.

Que tal hermano, es esqueleto lo armé con tiras de 2cm de grosor y 3cm de ancho, y las tablas las corté de 1cm de grosor menos la cepillada quedaron de 0.8cm, la puerta quedó de 4.6cm de grosor (3cm+0.8cm+0.8cm), espero te sirva, saludos!
