Great tutorial, you get right to the point and explain in an way that is easy to understand and follow. 1st one I tried came out looking good. I used a roll of rusty wire that's been in the garage for at least 30 years. Went and bought a 3.5 lb. roll of 16 gauge rebar tie wire for $3.99 which I'll try next. Thanks for the tutorial.

Shoot being a sparky yea I do this stuff to just blow off steam like some people do puzzles after a hard days work, it helps its like its a zen mode thing

Great tutorial. I just didn't get the proper length of the 16 wires and how to more precisely split them into tail-length and arms length, for here in Brazil we use centimeters not inches. I understand you made a really big item.

Nice job I saw a vid similar to this and now I. Am addicted , my first one came out not so bad , the second one tho , I twisted the legs with a drill and it gave it a beaded look , I got plans lol anymore things I can do , I wanna make my mother a polyphonic but can’t find a vid for one

I also used three wires to braid the claws so I didn’t have the wrap around on them came out sweet

Yes. But you can take the strands apart on stranded wire and make small scorpions. The size of the finished scorpion is determined by the diameter and length of the wire. Just use smaller wire and cut them shorter. Enjoy
