The 350Z Excelsior Widebody Kit just keeps getting more crazy! After having come so far, I simply couldn't help but make a new roof for it too. In this new build series, I'll be showing you step-by-step how I do it, from what materials I use to the actual process of building the shape and utilizing fiberglass to make it a reality.
In part 6 we're nearing the finish line! With most of the external refinement work taken care of, it's time to put some work into the underside and edges of the piece. I cut off all the excess fiberglass, remove the clay and add reinforcement to the sensitive areas. I then put in the last 10% of surface refinement before laying down the first layer of primer!
