When working in modular recording, how do you deal with having to switch between patches to move on to the next sound? Do you make note of the patches and re-build them as required if you need to make adjustments later on or do you just try to do as much as you can in the DAW?

Andrew, why do you make me feel. That using just a Modular Synth is a Limitation! Processing external audio through your machine and you can do amazing things depending on one’s knowledge & creativity (and module Availability). This also applies to sound modeling/patching in general... You should try to do more with the modular, and less on the DAW ...( I started this way, bought my first synth back in 1973) It’s a PUSH,very different from you normal work flow.. but a worthwhile experiment that will leave you much more fluent in ModLand....I truly enjoy all of you vids, keep up the great work!

@@beatsxlucas8021 well he has made a lot of videos explaining simple stuff like the basics of music theory and how to make b sections. And I say free/stock Plugins because they are the most fundamental plugins. Everyone can use these without paying anything extra. One more thing, mixing isnt simple. When you really get into it its actually pretty deep and there is a lot to learn. Thats one reason mixing engineers exist. And even mixing engineers dont know everything about that topic. Its just a complex as producing music itself.
