8:50 The happiness when he found the sound was so pure
As an Ableton user this was a nice because I could see how to do things I couldn't think of an answer to, such as the "I want the volume to fade but I don't want it to sound like I'm just turning it down". I never would have thought to EQ the track like that to achieve that effect, genius! I think it'd be great to see more of these

It really isn’t that complicated when it’s broken down. He has at least 6 tracks for midi instruments, 7-23 being chopped and layered samples in separate tracks, 24-39 for fx, 40-41 for the key solo, 42 for the main arp, 43-56 for guitar processing, 57 for subs and 58+ for individual drum tracks

This was sick dude please do more! It’s really insightful to see how you do some of your techniques 👌
Does anyone else feel like Sparkle Mountain is a beacon of hope in the dark times of 2020?
I thought a lot of these production techniques were janky but now that i see you using them i feel a lot more confident in using them
I have always felt that these sparkle type of sounds are rarely used in music But he used all those ignored instruments to make a whole song out of it And it worked Hats off man
I love it when you show the progress of any of your work. It helps me learn more about my own projects. I'm still learning l, but it's cool to see all the ways that you mix music.
Man been waiting for this!! loved the video about the writing/theory aspects, can't wait to watch this production breakdown

This is great. I'm always interested in knowing how the sausage is made. Definitely would like to see more of these breakdowns.
Andrew the type of guy to punch his desk, sample it, put it in his sample pack and fucking give it to you.
You know when people hype something and it builds such a high expectation and then when the time comes you are a bit disappointed. Sparkle mountain lived to the hype 100% !
Loved this full production breakdown! More plzz
Definitely do more of these videos! Absolutely lovely!
Andrew is just a gift that keeps on giving
Great song, great deconstruction. Thanks for these Andrew! Could you do this with every song you release?
Love the more production focused video. awesome tips and tricks that are really inspiring.
I very much enjoyed this kind of video and would love to see more of it . Keep it up!

Awesome video! Would love to see more of these.
Yeah! I'd like you to make more videos in which you break down the composition track by track. This was very educational and helpful toward my own production!
Absolutely appreciate having the full breakdown. Tons of fun ideas in there that can give a track a little more spice!
More of this please!!! I always love your production videos and this helps me (a production student in college) get some extra knowledge.
5:00 Thanks so much! I came here for free knowledge and got free samples as well Andrew is such a legend 💕
Yo man, long time fan! This song is seriously a masterpiece, I love all the behind the scene videos. Keep it up!!
Thanks for sharing. You must have heard my thoughts because the whole time I was watching I was saying WOW how did he do that?

I would love to see more videos like this. It’s super helpful to see what you do to those smaller and more subtle layers for sound design and impact.
I'd love to see more of this! I love seeing other producers workflows, really helps root my workflow
Definitely keep doing these! Cool to get extra tips!
Thanks so much for making a video about it andrew!

I love how bright and positive the song is, its pretty awesome.
Love this! Super interesting seeing the detail that goes into pop production!
I loved this video. Definitely would like you do do more of these! It really opens up how this creation process is done and I think that's good educational material!

Oh I LOVE this type of content. Having recently goten int music and production and staring to make stuff for other people-- seeing your process and reasonong behind things gives me lots of stuff to try and see if I like them!

Great content . I would love to have more production breakdowns like that, it's really inspiring
You Sir, are truly an Inspiration
this was totally ace! thank you for the breakdown and definitely yes to more breakdowns pls!!
Thanks for the sample packs, and please do these song breakdowns more often. As someone that mainly plays metal but is wanting to delve into electronic music, this is incredibly interesting.
10:42 was not expecting this line to sound like this before effects. That’s some impressive voice acting. (I think that’s the right word to use for this, though it’s in a musical context)
Great video, I hope you will do more of those production breakdowns. When it comes to this one I must say this solo is awesome! I think both versions are great and could be in the final version. :) Also your guitar processing here is pretty cool, you made huge sound out of it. Congratulations, you’ve got your own summer hit! :)
I love seeing such a detailed breakdown. I hope you make more :)
Yes, these kind of videos are very helpful Andrew! :)
Loved the video. Would definitely watch breakdowns of any song you release in the future
