a glitch i found: 1.go to a sprite 2.add a motion block 3.and move it to a backdrop (because there cannot be motion blocks in a backdrop and it wont work because motion blocks dont work in backdrops because you cant add it)

That is truly an interesting idea

Create a custom block, then drag the Define block, and press backspace. This will create a custom block without a defined block. You can't edit or delete from the Block palette, but you can press backspace to delete the block.

just make thousands of backdrops for every possible frame and when backdrop switches to scripts responding to if a backdrop is any of the thousands of backdrops and you can make actually good games

Hey! This is kind of random, but what do the “my blocks” do? I’m not very good at scratch and I see you use them in videos but I just don’t know how they work. Do you think you try to explain them? It’s fine if you can’t I’m just wondering

You can use them to define "functions" If you, for example, create a "define factory" block, then place "set var to 10" below it, every time you use the "factory" block it'll set the var to 10
