Dear video game players, I am writing to suggest some changes that could be implemented in a game called Minecraft to improve the game and make it even more engaging for players. I believe that by incorporating ChatGPT into Minecraft, players could have access to a powerful tool that would allow them to create custom worlds and experiences that are limited only by their imagination. Here are some specific changes that I suggest: 1. Incorporate ChatGPT into Minecraft to allow players to use text prompts to generate specific types of unique worlds they can be used to create new and exciting experiences in the game. 2. Allow players to create custom personalities for NPCs through text prompts, giving them backstories and making them more realistic and engaging for players. 3. Use ChatGPT to create create and modify npcs and characters inside Minecraft, allowing players to interact with AI assistants and perform tasks in the game. 4. Implement ChatGPT to create text-based adventure games in Minecraft, as demonstrated by game industry artist Martin Nebelong. By implementing these changes, Minecraft could become an even more powerful tool for teaching and learning. Educators around the world are already using Minecraft to teach children subjects like environmental issues, math, city planning, and new languages[1]. With the help of ChatGPT, Minecraft could offer even more solutions for spiking creation and creativity in players. With the help of ChatGPT, players can push the boundaries of what is possible in Minecraft and create new and exciting experiences that are limited only by their imagination in text prompts. Thank you for considering these suggestions. I believe that by incorporating ChatGPT into Minecraft, you could take the game to the next level and create new and exciting experiences for players.

There's not really a way for clueless coders to get around that, because often its fixes, suck.

ChatGPT definitely has a long way to go, and probably wont ever replace real coders, but it's definitely useful for simple stuff that you're too lazy to code.

it will replace coders in about 5 years time easily. They will probably replace most people that is certain, so if u dont want to be replaced find an asset that the government want so you arent replaced otherwise your just trash to everyone

@@Valentino016 that is very true but the newest generation that im in (gen-z) are very lazy tbh and we already rely on phones. I bet someone would says the same thing u just said about AI for about phones. But look at us we are now doing exactly what people wouldnt want us too do so i think we will be relying on them in the near future

@agentgomu9310 good I hope it takes over coders so then I can create my own game easily. I just want AI to get more sophisticated so I can create some epic games for myself only. imagine you won’t need players anymore in games cuz then NPCs will exactly act like players. I can have my own serious scp game etc etc. Can’t wait!

no generative ai can beat a gnome that can code edit: i suggest for an episode 8 of your doors series you should add collectible coins and maybe rooms in specific places like a figure room for door 50 and a seek room for door 25-35 although i am a coder so i dont really need it and have already made it

I don’t put it on my KZread but I develop games. They are ok but I put months of effort and time with endless troubleshooting and times where I giving up became tempting. I think it’s a good tool but all of that time and effort has essentially been invalidated for everyone but me because of this. It’s important to be proud of your work despite what others think but you need good pulic opinion in computer gaming industry. So I don’t think I will like it but I agree that it will easily be a great tool. I prefer the world when chatgpt wasn’t there though…

And you’re telling me that sounds bad? cmon bro. and all your hard work and everything you can just simply move over to AI. you won’t have to waste days, months, or even years.
