My favorite series since getting into stalker so far! - i also recently found out you can put a pistol in your knife slot and just keep the knife in your backpack, you can still use the quick melee and cut up mutants without it equipped!

the binoculars slot has the same feature, you can put a pistol/knife/axe/one handed smg (mp7, P90 and veresk) into that slot as well.

Freaking love the series was checking each day for the next episode and now it is here. Keep it up the quality of your videos are great!

I had a base in Rostok, good place it got all you want but I too had fps issues, so I ended up moving in a basement in limansk, right by gastronom there is two good underground spot, one small with no door but shelves to put your boxes, and a bigger better one with two door but I couldn't place my chests so I stayed in the small one. A few mercs and monolith not far but you can sneak past most time.

the manhole bunker has a safe in the corner that you can use as storage. it only holds 70kg but its better than nothing.

if you want to make the manhole safer to sleep you can drop down a tent then put down the sleeping bag inside it.

about inventory management, you can favorit your essentials you want to always be on you (meds, ammo etc.) then you can use the move all button to quickly dump everything else into your stash. just make sure to occasionally check the amount you lug around for favorited stuff. you can also use the categories numbers 1-0 to filter only specifict things to move with the move all button. It might be a bit cheesy but you could build a barricade out of workbenches around your manhole, so you could at least get out of it in peace. they won't withstand boar or chimera charges tough, they plow right trough. for those you would need about two workbenches deep to stop the charge.

I believe the mutant spawns in Jupiter are tied directly to your faction and the actions you've performed thus far to scale the difficulty of the area. If you were a loner, you'd see alot more loners in Jupiter but as your Military, they don't go out there as often so the Mutant threat is higher, as is the population of enemy stalkers. Also if you don't disable the brain scorcher, there will be significantly more mutants than there will be Stalkers as well. I've also noticed that in the manhole, Backpack stashes will get teleported topside except at the very entrance of the hole. Often times the hideout placement system is better because it physically places it in that location. Also the two item upgrade kits at 21:38 are from anomaly and do not work with Gamma, hence why they changed to Gamma's upgrade kits. It's a known bug where it'll try to spawn Anomaly upgrade gear instead of Gamma's simplified gear.

That middle area with the two houses is generally infested with nasty mutants. But they don't really leave that area. With the sewer hole as a base you would mostly be dealing with stalkers and occasionally poltergeists and maybe some weaker mutants.

What makes Jupiter a great base location is the fact that the map is really wide and open, is pretty easy to sniper some monoliths and mercs or notice mutant before they notice you. In comparison. other location in north are really troublesome with exception of Limansk and Zaton during day. Also, the manhole is kinda broken, a group of bloodsuckers teleport there from the fucking walls and almost killed me. So be aware.

i recommend a guy named wavys gaming adventure he has two short gamma play throughs because he has a pretty good idea of what he doing. Qloud he has a military play through it covers the military questline

I use Army Warehouse base as my personal stash location. They have two or three rooms upstairs in the dorms that make a fun personal apartment. It's great too because your covered by walls and guns on all angles.

I've been rolling with the spare bunk house in the army warehouses, and the empty tower next to yanov station. Both have armed guards in the event a hunting party comes after me. And had a few battles with them that were utterly chaotic. Games a blast.

Also personally would love some cod content, you have a really chill vibe compared to most KZreadrs so I wouldn’t worry too much about attracting negative energy as long as you stay light hearted!

My advice to you is don't take youtube as a full time job. A lot of people burn out hard as there is no down time unlike any other job. You go to work, you finish work, you get home, you relax and you turn your brain off you think of anything but work. This doesn't happen as a content creator. You think of content to create, you film it,you edit it and you release it all this is fine until you start becoming very popular and need to think of more content. So instead of relaxing and not thinking about work. You are constantly thinking about what content you need to create and if you don't release this content on a regular basis or even deviate from your usual content youtubes algorithm is going to punish you usually by burying your channel under more popular channels. Keeping up this pace for too long is going to physically and mentally drain you. It's very important that you keep a part time job to keep money coming in for when your channel suffers and take breaks from youtube if it gets too much. Your mental health is far more important than your youtube channel.

I got very depressed as a full time musician and producer for a similar reason, returning to part time, but regimented hard labour on a farm saved me, as well as stoicism. Ironic how being successful with your dream job can actually make you deeply unhappy if you aren't psychologically and philosophically prepared for it, I was very confused and in denial for years. There's an amazing short film called Zima Blue, it highlights this subtly, but very well I think, the KZreadrs are experiencing something quite similar to what us full time artists go through.

@@LoftyAssertions Exactly it's not unlike a battery if it keeps running constantly it's going to go flat exact same with the human body it wasn't built to keep going without breaks and this means physical and mental breaks if you don't take these breaks your mental and physical health are eventually going to be affected. Hard labour on a farm would be the perfect way to get out of your own head for a while it's far away from a lot of noise and distractions.

About that upgrade kit I understand from the discord that those are old versions of the item in the stash that change into their current version when you loot the stash.

About the Rostok framerate, there was a update to Gamma a week or so ago that did something with the amount of gas lamps that are turned on there and it fixed the framerate on my end. Hope it helps!

Fun fact. As long as you’re within like 500m of a stash you place, you can open and interact with the contents from the map on your pda

I am working on setting up my second base in Rostock. It has security, traders, quick travel and is in a central area. I had a kill squad (6 mercs, 2 w/ exo, and 4 bandit) raid my base in cordon. They lobbed grenades and did a number on the loners. So yeah, time for security upgrades.

About the ammo, HP ammo works best for mutants, AP ammo works best for armored targets, like stalkers who are equipped with exo suits, FMJs in between but takes a little bit more bullets to finish off a target but they're cheap and easy to craft.

Hopefully the spawn range is taken into account when sleeping. Otherwise you'll have Zombies or Monolith roaming around your little hole, and you won't be able to fight back from the ladder.

waterpump tower is accesible, so you can live in nice place, not like a hobo. To get new animations, go to mod options and find FDDA.

The upgrade kits …. Right click the yellow (armor) and blue (guns) and create kits. Those are used at the bench to upgrade your equipment. It’s a good way to save massive $$. The tool tip will say not useable by itself before the change. After it will show the upgrade. Then just have them in the bench inventory and go ham.

First of all your videos make me download gamma after a couple of years of not playing stalker. I literally throw a entire week of my life playing nonstop. If you want to turn on the setting so the random boxes around the maps have loot in them it is ZCP In the mod menu. The mod menu u access by pausing in game. Just make sure u keep everything low so u don't break the difficulty playthrough

At 21:54, when the upgrade kit morphed, is a bug. Not sure what happens but a lot of the additional functionality stops until you reload. When this happens, you cant quick move items. Also, if you use quick zoom it gets stuck

What difficulty are you currently playing? In my playthrough, controllers' psychic attacks chunk out my psy bar for about 1/3.

At 22:00 something glitched and spawned old(vanilla) upgrade kits. Since Gamma uses new simplified system they got replaced by corresponding upgrade kits.

how did you make BaS and Hideout Furniture work alongside each other? im assuming your using them but if you did, how did you work around the conflict between those two? cant figure it out

Sry that my recommendation didn't work out but I'm happy you found a new base for yourself and keep the good content coming you make some good stalker vids and you try to keep your audience involved! P.S. I heard 45mm are easier to make in terms of ammunition so try to collect old ammo and convert to 45ammo in addition pick your fights don't always try to kill evrything in sight play it smart.

Pioner does look like the coop stalker experience lots of people have been looking for but.. it's got tencent's name on it so it's most likely going to be very preditory with MTX or harvest lots of data from your PC. I'd personally tell you to stay far away from it.
