Making a Mothers Pendant

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This was a project I made over Christmas and thought I would share it with you guys! It’s pretty rare to get to make one of these for a mother of 11!
Be sure to check out my website www.changeyoucanwear.net and let’s make something together!

It was a piece of wax. I made a mold of it and put it in the oven. That melted the wax out and left a void for the silver to go into. The spin caster you saw let me melt the silver and spin it into the void in the mold.

Great video but the music was stressful. It is so much better and more soothing to hear natural sounds only. No music please. I had to stop watching at 1:12 mark. The continuous drone of music noise forced into my ears was just too irritating. Do not force us to listen to your choice of extra noise. We came for a video not a music concert served up additionally. This is what content creators just don't understand. As a viewer you are flooded with sound from videos. Any additional noise does not enhance, it subtracts, annoys, drives viewer insane. DO NOT ADD MUSIC TO ANY DEMO, DIY, TOUR, WILDLIFE, OR COOKING VIDEO PLEASE. MUSIC NOISE DESTROYS CONTENT.

Hmmm… The thought of not adding music actually stresses me out! You might have a point but are you in the minority or not. That’s the real question. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

I've been making coin rings for around 15 years. But I've noticed 1921 Morgan's are the most difficult to work with. Is it just me or is the metal extremely hard. It's worse than a clad. Maybe you can answer this question.

It’s not just you. They are definitely different than the pre ‘04 coins. I’m not sure why either. The same thing is true of 1964 jfk halves. Something different with them.
