Hi, creator of Mineways here. Glad you're enjoying the program, thanks for making a video and helping people out. I'm not clear on why you make Z up, rotate the model, and rescale it. Maybe that was some Blender weirdness from a few years back, but nowadays you shouldn't need to change anything during export from Mineways, except maybe texture format used. See the Blender tutorial on the Mineways site - if there's anything wrong there, please do let me know.

Donut Crafter walk cycles might be covered seprate than in the tutorials because walks cycles are just the same thing repeating but would take long enough to have it cover in a seperate video you can still animate without walk and run cycles but it makes it harder in the long run.

Hi, amazing tutorial, helped a lot. I've got a question. I've been trying to do the same with mod dimensions like the aether and the twilight forest and so far can't get a hold of those on mineways. Is there any way I could get those dimensions on blender?

Do you know if 526x texture pack works if so i dont wanna over kill with displacmrnt modifiers. Also dosent compatible texture packs have to have a .Terrain file which was changed to indavidual textures and then with mc stitcher it only supports up to 256x texture packs but I might be wrong. I love how ive been using mineways and blender for 4 years and I have never noticed this o o f.

I don't know if your talking about it being blury, but if it is, you have to uncheck mip maps on user preferences!

I'm also on a mac (just started learning yesterday) and mine ways doesn't work for me instead i use jmc 2obj, there is a tutorial on how to install it on the Duck Cows channel (there is also a tutorial on his channel on how to download mine ways on mac) U posted that a year ago so you've probably figured it out but yh

where can I get worlds that are already built and use that world to import to blender? I don't want worlds like the survival mode world.

there is a city map called greenfield you can download, extract and put it in your minecraft saves folder, put it into mineways then into blender
