Great tip for using scape foam pieces to use in tight spaces to glue down those angles. Helmet looks great.

I guess it depends on how well the helmet sell.
What a fun build. Love how you made the dome shapes! Might be a little more complicated but I’d suggest the helmets of the Zords from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! By the way, I got myself a Foam Fanatic tee! Love ya Ted!

You can paint it with Rust-oleum 2X paints!

Looks great Ted! By the way I tracked down the German Bluray for Guardian of The Realm AKA Satanic Slaughter. You were right, it's a huge improvement on picture quality. It's a cult classic for sure. Will you be attending Fear Faire in Vegas? Take care!

It will fit an adult. You could make the pattern smaller for kids.
