It looks awesome and I know it's entirely for appearance. However, I would have eased all those sharp edges to keep them from being stress risers for the inevitable time when someone DOES hit something with it or drops it or whatever.

Those edges give you +10% critical hit
I’ve been watching your videos for almost two years now and this is the first time I’ve commented. Awesome work!
My friend... The Cool Cool Cool.
This is the Square Hammer Ghost told us about
A round handle is fine for a bat or a club but not for a weapon that needs to be clocked a specific way. I would suggest gluing leather strips lengthwise along the front and back of the handle to make it oblong and then wrapping the whole thing.
The hammer is so perfect the thumbnail looks like a render
With this and the Dwarven knife. You earned yourself a subscriber and soon a customer!
I was disappointed when you didn't try to cut paper with it. Super cool hammer though, I always love your workmanship.
It's thor's hammer. Beautiful ! Thank's for this video ❤️ 😊
blacksmith Andre of Astora would be proud of you and your work
Great work you had done salute you
If every hammer be like that, we would all be carpenters.
Wow! it's just PERFECT!!! I can't believe my eyes... It's just GREAT. Thanks👍

Wow it’s great craftsmanship, Odin will love this
A fine workout tool
Gorgeous
Question for the machinists, why use a surfacing grinder to square up the stock rather than the mill?
@koalabro6118
Жыл бұрын
Asked my pops - who has been a Machinist for as long as I've known him - and he said that the big thing about surface grinders is that they are *high* precision. Mills are high precision (precision within a thousandth of an inch (0.001 of an inch)), but surface grinders are comically so (precision within a micron (1/26,000 of an inch)). They are also incredibly slow, if used properly. Dude here is taking a larger depth of cut than he should, and has a higher stepover than he should, as is evidenced by his surface finish. Most likely, this dude doesn't have a mill, and is merely using what he has available to him.

Hello Koss beautiful hammer beautifully made beautiful designs well done friend
Make for a great Lament configuration hammer. Have the various design on each facet
You never cease to amaze me with your ingenuity, craftsmanship and designs, Koss! Beautiful work and superb etchings. Must have taken a lot of time, plus the heat treating. Surprised you didn't chamfer the faces though. Thanks for the Treat as Always...magical!!
Love it! you have such a recognizable style that is very pleasing to the eye.
now that’s what i call a machinist’s hammer.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I love it
I really love your content since I discovered you, but it would be amazing if you would test your absolutely beautyful pieces of art at the end. I would have like to see you hammer something or at least happer your wood bench !
Beautiful craftsmanship
Thor would approve👍🔨!!
BEAUTIFUL !!!
New version of Thor, the mighty God of Thunder... Wonderful job..
Special project. I like the engraving style. 💫
WOW. Very nice job
Perfeito trabalho !
Nice !! But handle is very short!!! Well done good job
I think it would look great with a 45° chamfer all around, but it's so good looking without it too!
that's one crazy cool looking hammer :D
I like the video. Beautiful thing. However is it legal to post such flashes from welding
Beautiful!! 🔥
Yoooooooo...please be careful when grinding on the side of that wheel.
Spectacular Hammer !!!!!!!!!!
I would love to see an elegant equally intimidating nail an or rock chisel to match a set or something
Amazing skills 👏 good job👍

No Way koss, you making a Beautiful Hammer? That Looks so Cool 😎
Beautiful
Had to pause the vid a couple of seconds in and go check outside to make sure the world was still there when I saw this wasn't a knife 😂. But I knew it was still gonna be a quality job and I'm not disappointed 👉👉👉. Lovely finish dude. Sure you don't wanna sneak a sliding blade in the end of the stock...? 😉😁😁😁😎
Beautiful hammer. I bet taking a bronze wire brush to the center section would have looked awesome too. But still a very beautiful hammer
"What do you plan to do with that hammer, friend? Bring down a house?"
Like always… ‼️Nice‼️
This is not a hammer. It's art.
Chunkus maximus!
This rocks.
That is so cool!
The pendant looks nice. Now hurry up and make a matching necklace. Mr T. is getting impatient.
Very cool.👍
Imagine making that beast out of titanium 💪💀
When it goes flying out the window don't worry, Thor just called for it lol
Good job 👍
The sharp edges look dangerous, though. Why not round them a bit?
Been watching your vids for awhile now and you always creating your own unique tools. Nice job Sir.
Чудова робота
Love It
This must be the little brother of Mjöllnir Mjollnir 😜😜
Nice work as always. Really love that etching technique. I'm going to have to give that a try. I wasn't sure why you didn't do your surfacing on the mill with a fly-cutter. But then I walked it through in my head and realized I had no idea how to secure the workpiece.
thats really a beautifull hammer..its like a masterpiece.
Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Koss.
Really nice
I see the insignia on the side of the hammer was heavily inspired by Legendary ent. logo. Looks ok, though
Amazing, dude! Fantastic work!!! 😃 That's a real work of art! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
🎶It's HAMMER time!🎵

Why surface grind the rough shape? Why not face mill it first to save time on the grinder?
Why does you lathe seem to change frequency every time you cut metal with it? Like the machine can't hand such light cuts. Though still an awesome piece
Отлично!!!
Nice final product with great aesthetics. At 10:00 mark, I thought you were doing so well and then you migged it, rather than tigged it. Why? It's a messy process for clean work.
once again a real masterpiece congratulations for your work
That's not a hammer... THIS ^ is a hammer.
Well what about that! We have seen Thor's hammer in theory, now we have Koss' Hammer live & in living color! Beautiful work! P.S. The Hammer looks great as is, but may I suggest adding leather to the handle for esthetics & grip, along with a length of leather for a "wristlet" to give it a "battle hammer" look....
Only those who are deemed worthy, may wield Mulnir.
wow ⚡
What’s the etching electrolyte?
Гарно. Краще пінцет купіть в стомат техніці) А ви звідки?
Nice work! How much does it weighs?
Отличная работа 💪👍🔥
when u flat grinding this things didnt u need cooling lubricant that ur grind wheel dosnt go broke? and did the metal dosnt overheat and damage the structur of the metal. (English is not my main language xD)
Thor: It's Good, but mine is bigger.
this reminds me of a song by Ghost
Sweet
I think it actually looked really cool straight out of the oil. Great results nonetheless
Отлично, лайк не глядя
I want it 😁
Stylised like a Miolnir
Ficou show !!!! ... parabéns .
if i had this hammer there wouldnt be a day im not in the front yard trying to summon thunder lol
Koss, who do you deem worthy?
Hey man I love your work. I am just starting to get into knife making and was wondering if it’s pretty profitable or not
neat
I need 100 of them....lol
