Making a Krampus costume
In this video I'm going to be making. Krampus costume from the 2015 movie Krampus. I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and a great new years.
materials used:
Mask:
trick or treat studios Krampus mask
Dog collar
Silver beard
Black head mask
Hands:
Latex Monster hands
furry sleeves
foam clay
gold spray paint
Hoofs:
Eva foam
flora foam
Foam clay
Slip on shoe
Rubber cement to glue on shoe
Black fur
brown and black paint
Robe:
Lots of differently colored red cloth
brown paint
trick or treat studios Krampus robe
chains
bells
back piece:
Wire
thick wire circle
allumenium foil
tape

So did you have to cut apart the robe to make the backpiece, or did you just drape it over the backpiece? Is the costume wearable without the backpiece? Also how much height do the shoes give and how much did you have to extend the robe?

I did have to cut the fur trim off of the robe to extend it but that's all the cutting I did to the robe. The costume is wearable without the back piece because the robe on the back and the robe on the front are two different pieces that Velcro together. The shoes give me about another 4 inches in height maybe more. I extend the robe just enough to go down to my feet. Hope this answers your questions
