Very cool! I think an additional possible idea to this might be to use the cutoffs on the outside edge to hide the six external corners... but it looks beautiful the way it is. Also, catnip will get a cap to go in just about anything and provide entertainment too :D Nice work!

I can’t seem to find the free plans or even ones to purchase. I can’t decide if I’d add wheels (so DeWalt can do his zoomie wheelies where he either runs and jumps on bucket seats I have so they roll when he lands on them or he leaps off them hard enough that they roll backwards) that would make it easier for me to move around for whatever reason or leave it stationary so I don’t hear it crashing into something and giving me a heart attack occasionally. Ah, casters with brakes. Solved. So, are plans still available? Asking for my friend, DeWalt, the cat.

Have you had any problems with your tablesaw so far? I have the same one and, inexperienced as I am, am waiting for the first sign of trouble. Though it has been a fine machine so far. Aside from the saw insert and that silly splitting which, for some reason, sticks out above the blade on the Euro version.

This may help you feel better...my mom ran an animal sanctuary out of her home and VERY unexpectedly died just 5 months ago (her mom/ my grandma only passed a couple of years prior and my mom still had some of her cats). So, my sister (who lives a couple of houses away and Co-owned the house) inherited 57 cats ( plus a menagerie of dogs...) so now she says ...whoever goes First gets to tell her “57 cats is NOT okay to die and leave for anyone.”
