I couldn’t find info on the measurements so I tried it with 4” on all three sides. It worked, but you can play with the dimensions for different thicknesses of leather

I did 4” too. I think he may have gone slightly bigger tho. Maybe 4.25. 4 works well 4-5 oz leather. Any thicker youre going to need to slightly upsize
