I’d look at all the details you were painting and go “wow, she could stop right there and it would be a masterpiece of a doll” but you just kept going and going and she looks so so incredible

This reminds me of two things. One the technique of sealing or repairing broken pottery with gold, and Loki’s daughter, Hel ( i think her name is). She is also, quite literally half dead. This doll is absolutely amazing and beautiful! I really adore and love how you used the values of the black to create your desired effect!

The level or detailing you put on a single foot alone is more than I’ve seen in countless doll repaint videos combined. This is a masterpiece and stuns me. The depth and 3D perception this doll has in areas you haven’t even sculpted is completely unbelievable. The painstakingly placed gold leaf, the tiny vein like cracks in the bone, the aging of the metal on the hourglasses; every single thing this video contains was completely and utterly enrapturing. You can see the care you’ve put into this doll in every single detail. Absolutely beautiful and completely unmatched.

As a person that loovees dark stuff. I approve of this, and i love this. Please do more Creepy, macabre, and disterbing things. (im sorry if i misspelled something)

Oh wow. I can totally imagine seeing her in a dark fantasy video game, either as a guiding figure or maybe an epic boss fight. The way you painted the morphing features makes me imagine that she's constantly shifting, with some parts renewing while others decay, in a perpetual cycle. The gold details contrast wonderfully with the greyscale and dark tones. I would absolutely love seeing more dolls and artwork in this style if you felt like making them! I would also 100% consider buying a tiny hourglass as a keychain or something, those came out wonderful

This is super amazing. The glowing effect for the sand glasses and eye give her such a eerie look. Yet she looks so royal and elegant. Then you realize she’s decaying and you’re like wow! You outdid yourself with this one.

oh wow, such a gorgeous doll! I especially love the detail on her exposed teeth- I've had my fair share of teeth fails in the past and it makes me appreciate them that much more haha! One of the most beautiful dolls I've seen in a long time. Absolutely incredible job. Unreal how well designed and detailed and aesthetically pleasing she is. This is for sure going straight on to my "incredible art" playlist that I've been accumulating for years. I only add the actual best art on KZread to it.

The hair is GORGEOUS! And making the hands and feet black at the tips like necrosis was such a good detail

I know this video is already two years old but I just have to leave a comment! I love this doll so much and she is beautiful. Multiple times in the video it's mentioned that the doll is suppose to be made of metal with bone on top but I actually kept thinking of it as the other way around. Like she is an very old goddess who is so decayed her bones are cracking and she must repair them with metal but it still doesn't quite work and she still decays.
