I've personally investigated a lot, and it may be a bit too soon for Brackeys to make a tutorial. It's still very much in development. The only complete code package we have right now is the new unity.transport which is a super thin udp layer (packets can get duplicated, lost, corrupted, etc) To make a game, you need a more complete and robust framework on top of the transport layer (that takes care of packet reliability for example). Unity provides one in the FPS Sample, but it's very complex. We'll have to wait before unity provides more complete and easy solutions.

I wanted to take the course but after seeing the $400 USD for the indie course and $600 USD for the VR course I almost feel out of my chair. That's just a tad to much cash that I'm sure many people can't just throw around. If it was $50 I would most likely say yes as there are a number of very good corses going for much, much cheaper including your own on Udamy but at the current price absolutely not.

Hi! :) Sometime ago i tried to make a platform game with some mechanics you used here, and i never thought it could be so hard! Tried in gamemaker, godot and unity (that seemed to be the one that could enable me to get to my goals). I saw a lot of tutorials (yours included) and this is the first time i found something close to what i needed. I wanted to make a 2d puzzle platform with face sensitive blocks (each of the 4 sides should react in different ways, depending where the player comes from). I think minute 2:55 of this video has the answer, i'll look into it and give it a try again then, maybe, in an upcoming game jam i can post it ;) thanks, always learn a lot with your tutorials :)

If u continue to work on this game, you could work on changing how both characters move. For example, you could give the pink character a float ability like SSB Peach/Daisy. For the blue character, you could add some sort of mid-air dash, or maybe an ability to be able to hold the jump button to jump higher. To balance this second ability, you could make the initial jump of the lie character lower than the pink character’s jump

A couple of polish concerns: There might should be a visual difference between the timer platforms and regular platforms, beyond the basic color change. (It could either be to make the timer platforms themselves visibly different in design, or it could be done through a fancier transformation effect.) It also might be preferable if there was an indicator beyond just trial and error to show which buttons connected to which outlines.

i cant even tell u how happy i am that it was 333 xD Can you do a video, or do you have a video on the whole, Base Scene with the things that stay the same with another Scene layered over top? That would speed up my current project a bunch! (Gonna google in the meantime :P)

Wow. Your art has really improved. I mean. A lot. I really like how you stick with pixel art most of the time. P.S. What's the keyboard that you are using? I would really like to get a similar one.
