The main issue with generations was my lack of skill and the concept of the game. This game is already well in development, and I'm working on it with a team. Unlike Generations, content can be added incrementally with content updates, and the initial versions with less content will feel less empty as its a multiplayer game. Honestly, I understand what you mean. This is also something I critique myself with, but I certainly hope the same thing won't happen to this game.

Perhaps later on, I can add a pirate themed level as DLC. The main issue is connecting it to the storyline, but I'm sure I can figure something out :)

@@Ali107 It's not a full on campaign, but as you play the different heists, there is a story thats formed. Different quest givers have their own stories you follow. It's not the main focus of the game, but there is a storyline.

Oh I don't think there is a single moment in the UK when it is not raining. Since this video, I've re-written the game loop in C++ rather than blueprints, due to performance reasons. However, I'll gladly make a video about the game's inner workings. Bu videonun sesi ben ingiltere'de yurtta kalırken kaydettiğim bi ses, o an elimde pop filter yoktu, fakat şuan var. Ilerki videolarda daha az popping sorunu olacak 😀

Yeah, I've heard of it. As with some other games people have commented, my vision for Thievery: Online isn't really only a heist game. That's why I don't like comparing my game to other people's. Hopefully around devlog 3-4, the game will have its own identity.

Is it not a little bit too early for a steam page right now?

Will there be a linux release?

Quick nitpick, the gun animation seems rather slow and the recoil exaggerated. Looking forward to seeing the progress on the rest of the game

Hey, as this devlog was recorded a few months ago, these animations have all been replaced. There also is a new recoil system in the current version.

@@piorobot3 For now, the game is planned to release on Steam only, as the game uses steam networking. In the future maybe I'll also release on Epic, but I probably won't be releasing the game on platforms like GameJolt or Itch. The game will have a native build for Mac. (For silicon macs only.)

@@zyapguy i am in Ireland so weather is the same like UK, don't expect more than 20 that's maximum in summer months, ye but atleast you can enjoy proper summer and get your skin BBQ :D
