Nat Geo info on hemispheres: "Any circle drawn around the Earth divides it into two equal halves called hemispheres. There are generally considered to be four hemispheres: Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western." I looked because I am of the opinion that "hemisphere", as you use it, is correct...and so it is! 🙌🏻 Edited to delete horrific grammatical/tense errors that made me wince.

I saw Jurassic Park age 4 in the cinema too. Loved it lol. My little sister saw it at an appropriate age, and she is still scared of it. In Scarborough, England there is a really so-bad-it's-good walk through with scenes from scary films, and one room is like a jungle, and you can see two small animatronic Raptors so you expect them to do something. Then while you are distracted a T-Rex head the size of a Mini Cooper bursts through the leaves roaring at you. Went through with my sister this year (aged 33 and 29) and she FREAKED THE FRICK OUT and slammed to the floor in full earthquake response mode 😂 Even better that is where the experience photo gets taken, so ours is just a blur of her hitting the deck 😂 x

Whoopi pie is the perfect dessert for PA. The next time you come north to visit your family you should take a day trip over into Pennsylvania Dutch territory (Berks and Lancaster County's) to see some sights and get some different kinds of Whoopi pies.

The part about the hemispheres reminds me of Matt Parkers video about how many holes things have. The hemispheres made me think about drawing circles on a globe to split them into the hemispheres, and part of matt's video is about how you can draw circles on objects and the number of types of circles you can draw indicates how many holes the object has

The movie that traumatized me was Darkness Falls. It's a horror movie about how the tooth fairy will murder you if you see her. Its a bad movie but I saw it when I was so young it still scarred me.

Listening to Tyler talk about tastykake butterscotch krimpets made me so happy. NO ONE knows what they are but they are DELICIOUS! I had them growing up in New York and now living in the south they are nowhere to be found! I’ve only seen them once since moving and it was in a mom and pop shop in Port St. Lucie Florida and the people who ran it were from Pennsylvania! Which I’m sure is the only reason they had them. Long story short, tastykake is underrated and butterscotch krimpets should be more popular.

I also know tastycake from the east, but it's wild to me that you can't find them in the south because someone I know thinks of the brand as a southern thing because they grew up with it in the south!

My sister convinced my Nan to take us to the first Jurassic Park film in cinemas and my nan was hesitant because she thought it'd be too scary for me being so little. But my sister insisted that I loved dinosaurs haha I was probably 3-4 years old and I spent almost the entire time in fetal position on my nan's lap haha My sister was born in 88 and I was born in 92. I was so traumatized that its one of the earliest memories I have lol It's totally fine though because now Horror and True Crime are my fav genres so nothing really scares me anymore. Years later my sister convinced my parents to rent the Blair Witch Project while we were on a family vacay. So we all watched it as a family, I was probably only about 8-9. I made my sister push our single beds together that night and struggled to sleep plus had nightmares for a while after that haha

For the record 81-84 kids are considered "Xenials". It's a micro-generation which is defined as growing up analog but coming of age with tech. We grew up being told we were "Gen X" and then (for some reason) the Gen X got reduced by 4 years (it should have been 65-84) and all of a sudden we were Millennials... Personally, I refuse to accept that I'm a Millennial! I grew up being told I was Gen X. I didn't get my first computer til 2004-ish. I STILL have a landline... Gen X it is. Also, I never had a crush on Buffy. BUT Willow... Oh, yeah! That's my witch!
