You should’ve put hardware through both boards and cut round

bolt the boards together using the truck mounting holes, router with a flush trim bit, and sand the edges round.

Rad! I’ve done this with old surfboards and reshaped them into smaller ones 🤙🏼

I do this on dead boards with severe tail damage that are destined for the bin - cut a smaller shape thats undamaged , put 6 inch trucks with fat wheels and basically have a maple version of the penny 27" nickel boards. (but with a bit of nose + concave). Sometimes if the tail damage is extremely severe I use the nose as the tail. I dont have a power sander so round it off with a hand rasp file and rounded files.

Great video 🤘 I do shit like this all the time. Gotta have those DIY projects going all the time 😀 keeps things fun 😊 However I cringed SO HARD when you didn't get rid of the sawdust after using the Dremel, please be sure to wipe the deck off with a bandana or shop to well first next time before painting on lacquer 😅😅😅

If you don't have power tools, you can do it with hand saw. Tried it ones and got a really straight line 😁I just slimmed it down from the sides.

Zach is too wealthy to comprehend not being able to afford power tools.😂 Dude is standing on his fake grass, wearing all white, while using his backyard ramp to cut a brand new deck 🤪
