Making a Cornhole for Smokey Glow

In todays episode we make a Cornhole game for KZread Creator Smokey Glow. Cornhole has taken over America and ESPN 2
A single Cornhole board is 24 inches by 48 inches. The cut out circle is 6 inches in diameter. The center of the circle is in the middle of the board, 12 inches from each side and is 9 inches from the top.
The board is set at an angle, with the top end of the board 12 inches above the ground.
In an effort to make this board as inoffensive as possible, the Detroit Lions logo was used. Nobody is scared of Detroit.

These boards have come a long way. Back in the day when we first started, they were just a piece of plywood with a hole, propped up on buckets. People have raised a lot of money for charity doing these at fairs.

I was flabbergasted the first time I saw it on ESPN. Kind of like bowling in that you are trying to repeat the same motion all the time, but your opponent is on the same lane.

Safety is always a top priority when working with power tools. Many of the shots make it look like my hands are much closer to the blade than they actually are. Also, it is called cornhole because the bags were originally filled with corn kernels.

Smokey Glow is my daughter. She forced me to make a Cornhole game for her for the 4th. So I filmed it.
