Making A Bean Can Stove Pt 1

Not a new idea at all and there are many similar ones on KZread.
I've done this only as a test using a couple of old tools, a hammer and a screw driver. That is the point, it's crudity. Many, many uploads on KZread are as I mention in the clip, clinical and exact. All the tools needed are to hand and excellent, almost works of art are created. This clip isn't about that at all. It's about a raw form of a common idea. It may look clumsy, awkward and annoy the risk averse, but that's the way it is.
So, I took a catering size bean can and using just a hammer and screwdriver, punched a few holes into it to make a crude stove. In this pt 1 of the experiment, I lit a fire in the can to note its performance. That worked very well..................... Fired up (no pun intended), in pt 2, I tested it by boiling a pan of water to make a nice mug of tea.

Ah, nice one. The fuel burned alright - and you got to burn the label too. An easy fun stove - good going. Mark
