Yea they take thermal cure resin, put the wood in it and then into a vacuum chamber so force all the air pockets out of the wood after 24 hours to a few days it's typically wrapped in aluminum foil and bake it (typically in a toaster oven) to cure the resin. I'm not sure how he or what he uses for dying it.

That wood is absolutely beautiful, end product is also beautiful. The red green and yellow one is just amazing.

Las zonas de trabajo dependen en lo que te estes desempeñando un taller mecanico jamas lo hallaras limpio porque trabajan con materiales que siempre lo mantendran en ese estado este hombre trabaja con maquinarias que expulsan polvo y que siempre mantendran su taller asi me parece inconsecuente tu comentario y fuera de lugar.
