I had the same question about tint warranties when i first started getting tint. It's a common question easily answered by explaining that you are licenced/approved by the vendor as an installer and with your issued receipt the vendor will honor the warranty with another licensed installer if need be. Bam easy.

I’ve had those same red flags even on calls I’ve gotten. I try to service everyone that wants my services, but I have those same feelings and it’s just more beneficial to move to the next customer.

You must deal with a lot of jerks. I feel you bro.. i worked for Safelite for 5 years.. and In those 5 years I realized how miserable the majority of this country is, and more of the time it was the ones who were “well off” or not living paycheck to paycheck. It can really let it sour you if you let it. Some people just will never be happy, they were born with a mouth full of complaints 😂. So frustrating. Always looking for freebies or reasons for a discount

Windshields need to be basically perfect. There is no way in hell i would offer windshields if i was by myself. Too many very minuscule things can go wrong to ruin the film while installing. Great vid though
