Great.The Research Officer is simply fantastic very articulate, communicated with ease ,knowledge and perfection.youngman with a very pleasant personally and intellectual disposition.I wish him all good. lalontop is doing a great service with such videos .Not many people know that tal makhana is produced in taal(pond).Despite having good general awareness I could know it only at the age of around 60 yrs when on an official visit I was in Darbhanga.But this Video educates a lot. It could have covered more with the close shots of plant and processes. Bihar is so rich ,so fertile and has so much potential in addition to human potential. I fail to understand why people from Bihar migrate at all.Perhaps there is lack of land reforms and land ownership is not properly disbursed/distributed. A visionary leadership can convert this land into a Jannat. This feeling was very strong when in 2008 I had a chance to extensively see the countryside of Bihar in all its region. Wish Bihar to shine and show light during it's current Vidhan Sabha elections

Agar curruption na ho , icha shakti ho to Bihar no.1 state ban sakta ha India ka. 1. Best man power 2. Beat connectivity 3. Best agriculture land 4. Best coal 5 . Iron mining 6. Most leaders 7. Rivers for water Sab kuch ha Bihar me but 1 aisa. Imandar leader nahi ha jo sab kaam kar ke dikha sake. Agar administration or leader 2 saal imandaari se kaam kare to bihari state se bahar nahi jaayega or bahar wale aa ke Bihar me kaam karenge.

@@sky_suraj भागलपुर के पीरपैंती के पास मंदार गांव में 230 मिलियन टन कोयला मिला है. इसका उत्खनन साल 2026 से शुरू हो जाएगा. बताया जा रहा है यहां प्रति वर्ष खान से 60 मिलियन टन कोयला निकाला जा सकता है. इसकी जिम्मेवारी भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड (बीसीसीएल) को सौंपी गई है. उत्पादन के लिए प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट तैयार कर ली गई है. इसके अलावा पास के गांव मिर्जापुर में भी खुदाई हो रही है. वहां भी करीब तीन-चार सौ मिलियन टन कोयला मिलने का अनुमान है.
